What we collect
Contact details: your name, mobile number and, if you give it, your email.
Trip details you enter: routes, dates, travellers and preferences. For visas, the documents you upload. For Waafas World, your delivery address.
Payment references such as a bKash transaction ID. We never see or store card numbers.
How we use it
To answer your request, confirm prices, book with airlines and hotels, prepare visa files, deliver orders and send receipts.
To send a monthly newsletter, only if you subscribe. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
Your documents
Visa documents are stored privately. Only our visa team can open them, and we delete them 90 days after your case closes. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
