How do I send my documents?

Upload JPG, PNG or PDF files up to 5 MB each on the apply page, or bring them to our office. Only our visa team can open uploaded files, and we delete them 90 days after your case closes.

Is the visa fee refundable if my visa is refused?

The embassy fee is not refundable; that is the embassy’s rule. Our service charge is shown separately on every country page.
